Interpersonal group
on-line for students
The need for closeness is one of the basic needs of all of us, and close relationships are recognized as one of the basic factors in our physical and mental health. Unfortunately, the possibility of face-to-face meetings has been significantly reduced recently. It is worth using this time to learn  on own interpersonal experience. Therefore, we invite all students facing pandemic isolation and distance learning to participate in an interpersonal group.

The group will take place online and is intended for students from all over the country studying at various universities, who want to take care of their own interpersonal skills in a situation of isolation in order to reduce the consequences of the coronavirus.

  • experience a close encounter with another person in a forced situation

     isolation despite the limited possibility of face-to-face meetings

  • share your emotions, experiences related to the experience

     isolation

  • polish your interpersonal skills using intensive

     group experience

 

  • get feedback on your interpersonal functioning

 

  • to experience support in a difficult time

  • fruitfully use the free time gained thanks to the lack of necessity

    commuting to student classes
 

  • develop your social skills

 

  • learn interpersonal problem solving strategies and test

    them in a group experience

 

  • practice new behaviors

 

  • increase comfort in interpersonal relationships

 

  • learn to recognize and name the emotions that arise from interactions with others

  • develop and train the ability to better understand others' thoughts, feelings and

    behaviors

  • expand self-awareness of one's own emotional states, thoughts and

     attitudes

The group will be a place where each participant will be able to:
