We specialise in individual psychotherapy, couples psychotherapy and group psychotherapy. In our work we recognise theoretical approaches whose effectiveness is scientifically and clinically proven.

Depression and other mental disorders classified as 'mood disorders' affect approximately 10% of the general population. They are disorders in which the main area of difficulty is the mood and emotions of the sufferer. In depression, symptoms include intense sadness, fretfulness, loss of energy, poor sleep and a pervasive sense of unhappiness and loss of meaning in life.

It is a disorder whose symptoms consist of sudden attacks. During panic attacks, the sufferer is accompanied by symptoms such as an accelerated heartbeat, discomfort, sweating and the feeling that something very bad is going to happen. Often these symptoms occur suddenly on the street, in a café, on a bus, etc. and they are very intense, generating fears that it may happen again in a public place where there will not be someone close by for help.
